3. Services Description

We develop:

• Mobile games (e.g., Sudoku, Ludo)

• Utility applications (e,g. PDF file reader)

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

4. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• reverse engineer or copy the app

• use bots/scripts

• exploit bugs

• misuse the platform
   

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

• code, design, branding

is owned by Simply Algos LLC.

You receive a limited license for personal use only.
 

6. In-App Features

We may:

• modify features

• update puzzles/content

• add/remove functionality

without prior notice.
 

7. Ads & Monetization

Apps may include:

• ads

• in-app purchases

We are not responsible for:

• third-party ad content

All transactions are handled by:

• Google Play / Apple App Store
   

8. REFUND POLICY

All purchases (if applicable) are:

• processed through Google Play or Apple App Store

• subject to their respective refund policies

Simply Algos LLC does not directly process refunds.

Users must request refunds via:

• Google Play Refund System

• Apple App Store Support

We do not guarantee refund approvals.
 

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)
 

Our Services may include:

• applications designed for general audiences, and

• applications specifically designed for children under the age of 13

General Audience Apps
For apps intended for a general audience: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
 

Apps Designed for Children
For apps that are directed to children:

• We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable global child privacy laws

• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children

• Any data collected is limited to:

  • app functionality

  • basic analytics (non-personalized)
     

Advertising in Children’s Apps

Where advertising is enabled in children’s apps:

• Only non-personalized ads are used

• Ads comply with:

  • Google Play Families Policy

  • applicable child safety standards

We do NOT:

• use behavioral targeting

• track children across apps
   

Parental Rights

Parents or guardians may:

• request deletion of data

14. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• disputes will be resolved individually

• no class actions allowed

Jurisdiction

• governed by laws of the United States

You agree to:

• waive the right to a jury trial

• resolve disputes via arbitration

Users are responsible for:

• compliance with local laws

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• violation of Terms
