1. Ownership

The Simply Play Labs apps and websites, including all software, source code, designs, graphics, user interfaces, text, illustrations, audio, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Simply Algos LLC (operating as Simply Play Labs) or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws in the United States and other countries. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of them except as expressly permitted by our Terms & Conditions or by applicable law.

2. Trademarks

Simply Play Labs”, the Simply Play Labs logo, and our app names and logos are trademarks of Simply Algos LLC. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

3. Third-party and open-source materials

Our apps may include third-party or open-source components that remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licences. Where required, those licences and attributions are made available in the relevant app or on request.

4. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at hello@simplyalgosllc.com. Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to hello@simplyalgosllc.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.

6. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
